Our Amuse Booze menu concept aims to portray a sense of unbounded optimism. Channeling an energising spirit and positive outlook to transport the curious palate with playful, nuanced and imaginative drinks.

We have a BYOF (bring your own food) deal with our friends at Rue La Bastille (Haarlemmerdijk). Order food with them, collect it and bring it along to Vesper to enjoy with our cocktails!
