5th May we celebrate Liberation Day with the launch of our very first ‘freeform’ cocktail menu.

In collaboration with Danish flavour company Empirical Spirits the month of May will see Vesper transform into a space dedicated to unbounded creativity, disruption, provocation and flavour-forward deliciousness.

Empirical Spirits radically innovative products resist conventional classification and have created a sensation among forward-thinking people in the drinks business.

Run by alums of world renowned restaurant Noma, Empirical Spirits are able to extend the reach of the visionary food innovators, creating the perfect vessel for an experiment in flavour that can be shared around the world.

Their groundbreaking line of ‘freeform spirits’ allows us to start exploring new areas, using flavour as a starting point, rather than the category.
